Whether it’s the races, a school ball, birthday party or graduation, I would love to help take care of all your hair and makeup needs. I specialise in a variety of fresh and flawless special occasion looks - all you’ll need to do is sit back and relax while I work my magic.
Enjoy your beauty experience at my studio in Northcote Point, or I can travel to you for added comfort and convenience. Groups are very welcome – enjoy a drink, unwind, and make the moment even more memorable by getting ready together.

A private masterclass with me is designed to help you feel more confident with makeup, in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. As well as sharing my best tips and tricks, I will also give you personalized product recommendations and a step-by-step guide to take home.

Put your best foot forward with a professional school ball hair and makeup service. I can work with an inspiration image or create a bespoke look that enhances your natural beauty and matches your outfit perfectly. Group bookings are available upon request, so you can enjoy the occasion with friends.

Travel
Travel to locations are charged at 0.75c per km based on a return distance to and from the DF Makeup Studio in Northcote Point. I can travel within Auckland and Waiheke Island. For other locations, please contact me to enquire.
What to Prepare
Makeup is best applied in natural light. Please ensure there is a table and high chair (kitchen stools are ideal) available. Before your appointment, I encourage you to gather some hair and makeup inspiration to show me. Otherwise, I recommend browsing @danifroudemakeup for a look you love. It’s preferred that skin and hair is clean and dry prior to my arrival so we can make the best use of our time together.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that important things come up which may mean you are unable to make your appointment. I am happy to offer a refund if you contact me within the specified time frame, but unfortunately, I do not refund outside of these parameters as appointment slots are in high demand and I have to turn away other clients.
Special Event bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
Bridal and Commercial deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the appointment.
Additional time and waiting fees for late clients is set at $50 per half hour. This will be charged if you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment or if you require me to extend the appointment slot.
